Our principal Brendan Conroy has 25 years experience as a NZ registered architect. Brendan has Bachelor of Building Science and a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) – Victoria University of Wellington and is a Member of NZ Institute of Architects.

Beyond these qualifications is a long list of motivational residential design work complimented by significant commercial assignments.

As a man who lives and breathes his profession, Brendan has an uncanny ability of taking inspiration out of the mundane and creating designs that are often awe inspiring in both beauty and practicality. Brendan is not concerned about size and has designed everything from letterboxes to luxury homes.

Principal Brendan Conroy is personally involved with all projects and adopts  an in-the-trenches approach ensuring the best design translates to the very best finish.  As they say, the devil is in the detail and Brendan is famous for his microscopic attention to all facets of design and construction finish. It is rare to find the two attributes of high-end design creativity and super quality finish in such harmony.

We at Conroy Architects have a creed that is based on flexibility. Not everyone’s tastes and aspirations are the same.
